Mifalot Dimona and the people whose lives your partnership
is helping restore.

Dear Partner,
Mifalot Dimona deeply values and appreciates your faithful
partnership. Thanks to you, we have been able to reach thousands
of families, strengthen our community’s resilience, and be there
for our reserve soldiers in their most critical moments.
As we near the end of the Hebrew year of 5786, we wanted to stop
for a moment and share with you the stories behind the work.
These are real lives that received support, a home, and light -
all because of your true partnership.

Emergency Response
When Dimona was under attack, we were there - thanks to you!
|
|
On Saturday night, March 21, 2026, the lives of Dimona’s
residents changed. A ballistic missile fired from Iran hit
the city, and its fragments exploded across dozens of
residential areas.
The result was painful: hundreds of homes were completely
destroyed, many residents were wounded, and hundreds of
families lost everything in a single moment.
When their world collapsed - your partnership became their rescue.
Thanks to your generosity, we were able to help hundreds
of families who needed immediate assistance after the
missile strike:

|
We distributed emergency cash grants to hundreds of
families who lost their homes, to help them buy basic
and urgent supplies such as food and clothing for the
Pesach holiday, as their first steps toward rebuilding.
|
|
2
|
Thanks to your donations, we were also able to bring
in workers and volunteers who helped clear the damaged
homes and salvage belongings and clothing that remained
inside, so they could be returned to the families.
|
Support also reached families in the hotels they were
evacuated to. We made sure they had basic supplies and
emotional support. Mifalot volunteer teams came every day,
helping and being there for families who went through
trauma and needed a shoulder to lean on.
The support didn’t end after the first few days - we are
still escorting all the evacuated families until they
return to their home.

Youth Support
The “De’Orayta” Club
|
|
One of the places damaged in the war was the “De’Orayta”
youth club - a second home for dozens of boys from the
city, where Mifalot counselors provide personal support
and guidance during tough times.
In normal times, the club brings in boys who are struggling
and draws them in through open conversation, learning
together, and games like snooker, ping-pong, video games,
and more.
During the war, the club was badly damaged - to the point
where all activity had to stop completely. The game tables
were damaged, the computer screens were smashed, and the
place needs a full renovation and new furniture and equipment.
Thanks to your generosity, we are rebuilding the club so
the boys can come back to it very soon and find the warm
place they’re used to.
Thank you for being the anchor of these families in their
hardest hour.

Reserve Families
Protecting Israel’s front lines
|
|
While reserve soldiers from Dimona are standing at the
front against threats in Lebanon, Syria, Gaza, and Iran,
we at Mifalot are working to make sure their homes,
spouses and children are stable and strong.
Through the SOS Support Operations System for Miluim
families, Mifalot serves as a lifeline for hundreds of
reserve families fighting in the front lines.
We want you to know: this work happens because of your partnership.

Running the household:
Thanks to your donations, we run a full support
system - from urgent home repairs to help with
daily needs.
|
|
2
|
Grants for reserve families:
Every reserve family in Dimona received a
meaningful cash gift to help financially.
|
|
3
|
Support for the kids:
Day trips, activities, and enrichment programs -
all made possible by the resources you put in our hands.
|
Your giving goes directly toward the everyday needs of
reserve families. Because of you, a soldier can focus on
fighting for the Jewish people, knowing someone is taking
care of his family at home.
Thank you for being full partners in keeping the Israeli
home safe.

Education & Growth
The Ulpana shaping Dimona’s girls is growing
|
|
Our strength is built on consistently investing in the
next generation. Since it was founded in 1992, the Ulpana
high school has become a landmark of Torah education for
the girls of Dimona and the entire Negev.
Today the Ulpana serves hundreds of girl students in
grades 7-12, offering them education, Torah learning,
and personal growth.
But demand is enormous: every year around 350 girls
register, while due to dormitory space limitations,
we can only accept 60.
To close that gap, we’re moving forward.
|
1
|
Investing in infrastructure:
Just last year we invested around 5 million NIS
in a full renovation of the classrooms and offices.
|
|
2
|
Building project:
This year we are building new dormitories inside
an existing structure - 26 rooms, 130 beds, lounges
for the girls, and apartments for the staff.
|
|
3
|
An additional class for the first time:
For the first time, we are opening a third 9th-grade class.
|
This growth comes from your partnership. You’re not just
partners to a renovation - you’re opening a door for
dozens of girls who dream of being part of what we’re building.
Thank you for helping make Dimona into a home of growth.
